1. 30-day return policy
You may return or exchange your purchase up to 30 days after delivery. After 30 days, we unfortunately won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: Items that are not in their original condition, damaged goods or orders that have parts missing for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
2. Return addresses
To return your product, mail it to one of our distribution centers listed below, and email us at email@example.com with the tracking number and carrier of your return. Without a tracking number, we cannot 100% guarantee timely receipt and processing of the shipment.

3. Warranty policy
We offer a two-year warranty on every product. Danny P. products are guaranteed to be free of material and workmanship defects for two years from date of purchase when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.
4. Exchange policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by the time they are delivered to you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us, and we will look into it.

Products with personalization are not covered by a money-back guarantee without giving reasons within 30 days since it is a custom production. Of course, the classic warranty for manufacturing defects or other errors of a similar nature remains.
